At Eco Life Plantations, we understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to provide a flexible and transparent approach to cancellations. The following guidelines explain our cancellation process and any associated conditions:
Cancellation Timeline and Conditions
- Cancellation within 14 Days of Agreement
- If a cancellation request is received within 14 days of signing the plantation agreement, clients are eligible for a full refund of any initial payments made.
- A written cancellation request must be submitted via email to initiate the process.
- Cancellation After 14 Days
- Cancellations made after 14 days but before the plantation setup or management processes have commenced will be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
- Once plantation setup, maintenance, or management activities have begun, no refund is available due to the direct costs and labor involved.
- Cancellation After Plantation Establishment
- Cancellations after the establishment of the plantation are generally non-refundable. However, clients may be eligible for a transfer of plantation ownership if suitable arrangements can be made.
- In such cases, Eco Life Plantation will assist in the transfer process, although additional fees may apply.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please send a written request with the following details:
- Full Name
- Plantation Agreement Number
- Reason for Cancellation
All requests should be sent to info@ecolifeplantation.com. We will respond within 3–5 business days to confirm receipt and provide next steps.
Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to cover standard plantation agreements. However, if special circumstances arise, such as unforeseen health or financial emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss your options. We may offer flexible solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
Eco Life Plantation. Plantation Refund Policy
Our goal at Eco Life Plantations is to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Refund eligibility is based on the stage of plantation development, as well as specific costs incurred. Please review the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines.
Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund
- Clients who cancel within 14 days of signing the plantation agreement are eligible for a full refund of all payments made. A written cancellation request must be submitted within this period.
- Partial Refund
- If a client cancels after 14 days but before plantation setup or initial management has commenced, a partial refund will be provided. This refund amount will be calculated based on the expenses incurred to date, including any fees associated with site selection and preliminary inspections.
- No Refund After Establishment Phase
- Once plantation setup, maintenance, and management have commenced, no refunds are available. Plantation investments involve significant upfront costs and labor; therefore, once these activities are underway, it is not possible to offer a refund.
- Transfer of Ownership as an Alternative
- For clients who are no longer able to participate in the plantation but are ineligible for a refund, Eco Life Plantation offers an option to transfer ownership to another party. We will assist with the necessary arrangements for ownership transfer, but please note that additional administrative fees may apply.
Processing of Refunds
- All refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon.
Special Considerations
In cases of unforeseen personal circumstances (e.g., health-related issues), please reach out to info@ecolifeplantations.com. Although refunds cannot be guaranteed outside the standard terms, we will consider each situation on an individual basis to identify the best possible solution.
